  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as gift cards, personalized items, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. This will be specified at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds
